Promotional Video for DAY1 Finishing Aid - Client gave me over 12 hours of static tripod footage and asked for a 2-3 minute promotional video. The challenge was creating a video from a single camera angle that was still interesting to watch. I use the music and overlay graphics to hide the fact the camera never moves. My goal was to make it look like "we meant to do that".
Promotional video for Solomon Colors Granular-to-Slurry machine. The challenge with this video was to show what is happening on the inside. I worked with an animator by taking hundreds of close up photos so he could put together the renders. Once the animation was complete, I took that footage, spliced it in with my graphics and photos to create this.
Promotional video for Solomon Colors showing the absorption rate of UltraFiber. The goal of this video was to show, in a short form video, how their concrete fibers absorb concrete color pigments. This video was used in social media campaigns.
Promotional corporate timeline video for Solomon Colors. The challenge with this video was to create a long form video timeline that could be easily edited into shorter targeted videos. The long form was used at tradeshows and the shorter forms could be used for other sales presentations and social media. In order to achieve this, I created the video in segments based on the animated dates. This gave me an easy to edit cut point, the video could be shortened to any length or cover specific dates. I used Adobe After Effects to build the timeline animation and each segment. I then used Adobe Premiere Pro to bring all the segments together to create the final copies of the video. The result was a seamless timeline made to order.
